Introduction

What is Synapse?

Synapse is an extension of our flagship Super-App (Merchant Marketplace) Builder SDK, which is live across 12 banks in India and the Middle East. Using Synapse, merchants can onboard themselves on the Nuclei Platform, which would be made live to the end user via the App of large organizations like banks and telcos, enabling end users to use your app from within the Super App.

Through Synapse, a merchant's mobile-responsive website is integrated into the Nuclei SDK using a few simple APIs and the JS SDK exposed by Nuclei, enabling the merchant's app to open inside the partner app, share login details, collect payments, and manage permissions.

Definitions

• Partner: The organization providing the parent application.
• Merchant: The organization providing the mobile-responsive website (m-site), which would be integrated with Synapse.
• Synapse: The platform on which the merchant’s mobile-responsive website would onboard. Synapse would be integrated into the partner application.
• User Customer: The end user using the mobile application.
